Teacher Julia was very patient from the beginning. I really appreciated her sincerity in explaining that she wasn't very experienced teaching young children, but she was willing to give it a try. During the trial lesson, she was patient, cheerful, and had good interaction with my child. Another positive point is that she can communicate in English, which makes it much easier to explain things to kids when needed. Overall, it was a great first experience with italki, and we're happy to continue lessons with her. I'm looking forward to seeing my child's Portuguese improvement.
