Hello, world!
The bottom line is, I love helping people. And I was fortunate to try myself as a teacher at the beginning of my career. I believe that I'm a very reflective and attentive person, an engaged listener, and a structure-lover. This occupation enables me to develop these traits of character and inspires me to grow professionally, improve my teaching techniques and study more about the way people learn.
I have over 2 years of experience as an online English teacher for beginners and elementary students
I am:
- patient. You shouldn't worry about the speed of your speech or mistakes. You're just learning: I'm here not to judge
- flexible. I'm conforming to each student in pace, topics, and style of the lessons
- attentive to a student's current mood and condition
- consistent. I'm trying to make a logical step-by-step program where students gradually learn new grammar and work over it using new vocabulary. I love structures and try to make grammar rules and tables less complicated;
- I do my best to be understood we won't go further in our lesson until I make sure you're clear with everything
Conversational lessons are informal.
I love talking to people, but in our lesson, I won't speak a lot - it's your time to shine! Conversational lessons are a good opportunity for you to practice speaking. I'm an easy-going person and very good at asking questions, be sure it's going to be interesting and fun!
Course for beginners isn't very formal either.

I enjoyed my lesson with Elizaveta! She corrected my mistakes where necessary, but I still mostly had the freedom to try to speak and express myself without having to worry about every little thing I might have said wrong. I appreciate how relaxed the atmosphere was and will be looking to book more lessons with Elizaveta.

It is my second lesson with Elizaveta and i feel like i will take a lot of lessons with her. She is so nice, I feel really comfortable because she is patient and funny and nice (once again). So if you wanna learn russian, don't hesitate and book with her, really ! спасибо Лиза ! :)

Great tutor--thanks, Liza! She makes me so comfortable speaking that I often talk too much. But despite my blathering on in very questionable Russian, she manages to say interesting things and to be very helpful with grammar and vocabulary.
