Hello. I am a native English speaker from Kansas in the United States. I am not a certified teacher, but I have a degree in engineering from a university in Kansas. I also have many years’ experience teaching Bible studies in Haiti. I really enjoy conversation, so I personally look forward to talking with you. I have had the pleasure of traveling to Japan, Hong Kong, Canada, Dominican Republic and Haiti. Wherever you are from, I am excited to help you get better at speaking English.

I enjoy conversation so come prepared to talk. I am informal and ready to talk about your topics or create my own topics. I know time is important so expect me to keep up with you as you practice English words and phrases over and over. Together, we can discuss pronunciation, meaning of words, and common usage. With an engineering and Biblical background, my conversation can get about as diverse as you need. Let’s get started.

I like to let you decide the topic we talk about, but if you don’t, I’ll be glad to drive the conversation. You need to hear English clearly and slowly from me and you need to practice until it seems natural to you at real conversation speed. I’ll help you get there. Let me hear your challenging moments in English so we can fix them and then the rest of the world can hear you say it beautifully.

I’ve been taking Brian’s lessons for almost 6 months. As a teacher he is professional, punctual and attentive. As a person, Brian is kind and wise. He has easily found an approach to me and to my teenage daughter, when I brought her to a lesson. I strongly recommend this amazing Person. With him we can have a great chitchat or a deep conversation. He doesn't have problem to talk whatever subject we would like, always very polite, intelligent and with good messages that we can use as skills for a great life. He always is light what make his class very friendly. And if you have some problem and need to change your class, he always is able to help us and adjust the agenda.
