Hello, My name is Kaluba or but you can call me "Kay". I'm a Real Estate Agent as well as an English language practice coach here on italki. English is my native language and I also have intermediary knowledge of Russian.
I enjoy long walks and dancing when I'm alone at home as most introverts do. I love animals and occasionally draw and write poetry as way to de-stress. I go to church on Sundays & enjoy watching quiz shows.
I am knowledgeable in current affairs, pop culture, Economics and enjoy learning about different cultures & places.
My motto is practice makes progress. I understand what it's like to learn a new language and how intimidating it can be. Therefore I exercise patience with all my students . I have a neutral accent & speak slow and deliberately so that you can hear and understand words clearly. I give constructive criticism and correction where necessary. I have a good sense of humor to keep lessons fun and interactive as that reduces the stress that comes with learning a second language. I give positive feedback frequently to encourage my students and boost their morale. My goal is to help you build your vocabulary and turn you into confident and articulate English speakers.
