Hello, I'm Lia, and I'll be your friendly guide to learning Korean. I have experience living in both Ireland and France, so I can teach in both English and French. I’ve studied several languages, including Japanese, which helped me discover effective and practical ways to learn. As a teacher, I’m positive, patient, and always encouraging. I have 9 years of experience teaching students of all ages, from children to adults, and I deeply understand the common struggles learners face. That’s why I make sure to create a supportive and fun learning environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and try again. I believe the best progress comes when students are relaxed and motivated. My lessons are personalized based on each student’s level, interests, and goals. I use Sejong Korean textbooks to cover vocabulary, grammar, and conversation effectively, and I also offer special classes using K-pop, K-dramas, business Korean, or TOPIK preparation. I focus especially on two things: review and speaking practice. After each lesson, I give feedback and homework to help students review thoroughly.
