Hello, my name is Anna, I’m 36 years old and I’m from Girona, a town in the region of Catalunya, in the north-east of Spain, 100 km north from Barcelona, so I grew up speaking two lenguages Spanish and Catalan. I studied environmental science and worked for a few years in the sector. Then I studied Catalan Philology and now, since 2018, I am a teacher of Catalan and Spanish. I'm also a circus instructor ( I practice lyra and aerial rope) and I love reading and nature. What I enjoy most about teaching online is that I can meet people from around the world and exchange experiences and knowledge. I’m also studying to improve my English and Italian so I know how hard it can be to learn a new language. That’s why I think it’s very important to make learners feel comfortable in class. My classes are thought for people who want to learn or improve their Spanish or Catalan skills. I'm a very patient person, so if you are a beginer don't panic! I'll try to adapt to your needs, I like to work in a oral way, but we are going to work with online materials too. I offer two kind of courses: Conversation: We are going to work on oral conversation, it can be a free conversation or focused in specific items. General: We are going to work on all the skills of the language, grammar... I'll send you different materials to work on.

If you want to feel relaxed whilst having fun and improving your Spanish, I would recommend Anna to you. She has the knowledge, and talent to encourage you to speak, but will stop you with a teaching opportunity and help you to understand your mistake. She has never let me down, and I always look forward to our lessons. There chats really not lessons. The lesson happens in the background.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Anna. This was the first time taking lessons on iTalki and I was a bit nervous. I am really glad I picked Anna because she immediately made me feel comfortable and was very attentive. She corrected my phrases and gave clear explanations. I was able to concentrate more on the lesson because she wrote down the phrases and I didn't have worry so much on taking notes. She is really easy to talk to, friendly, and really professional. I am looking forward to taking more classes with her!
