Cristian is a first-rate teacher, warm, friendly, smart, and encouraging. His classes are always fun and worthwhile. He happily adapts to the needs of his students. A native Spanish speaker, he is fluently bilingual in English which allows him to explain vocabulary and grammar with ease when you are stuck. If you are looking for someone to move your language-learning forward, I've found him to be an excellent choice.

Cristian always makes classes relevant to my work life-- which is sports media. I appreciate when he types out in the chat phrases and words for me to remember and when he speaks in spanish and then says it in english-- since I am in the beginner stage of listening. Cristian is very efficient with his teaching methods. 10/10 recommend

I’ve taken classes with Cristian for about 6 months now and it’s always a blast to hop on a call with him. He’s a great person with good intentions. I personally prefer his teaching style and I feel like I’ve had most progress in my spanish journey through these classes.

Not only am I able to practice Spanish with Cristian, but I also learn more about Mexican culture. Every week he has shown me video clips that focus on different regions of Mexico and then we have conversation about it. It is challenging to speak about a topic that I just learned about, but that is exactly the challenge I need to prepare me for real world conversation in Spanish. I highly recommend him as a wonderful iTalki instructor. 😊
