I'm Samira Shikhiyeva from Azerbaijan and living in Germany now. I'm an Azeri native speaker. I graduated from the Azerbaijan University of Languages and have a bachelor's background as an English language and literature teacher in 2017. I graduated from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University with MBA Program and got my master's degree in 2019. I am studying English Language, Literature and Culture Master's degree at the University of Goettingen in Germany.Ik als leerkracht
Teaching is my passion I feel helpful and proud when I see the result of it on my students. I am working as an English teacher at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University now. Besides that, I started to teach at ITALKI in 2019. I have over 3 years of teaching experience with natives and foreigners at the university and on different online platforms. I mainly worked with people from other age groups such as kids, teenagers or adults.
I always try to reach a better version of myself and I never stop working on my profession. Thus, I got an IELTS certificate C1 advanced level recently.Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
I believe that using different teaching methods will be more efficient for my students. Lessons are primarily focused on Speaking skills which students the most demand. The conversations can be on different topics such as culture, social life, economics, sports, tourism, history, etc. Students can also choose the topic for speaking which can be more fun and easier. Learners can select one of the three languages: English, Turkish and Azeri (Azerbaijani). Different conversations and discussions in each lesson will help to reach the learning goal easily so that learners will reach to fluency and have ideas about various themes.Mijn lesmateriaal
