My experience as a Portuguese teacher has been extremely rewarding, as I met incredible people from all over the world and exchanged knowledge, stories and great moments.

I am a university professor and have been working for 26 years. As a teacher I must contribute to the learning of the Portuguese language with diverse activities and talk a lot with the students, because it is essential.
For me, it is important to MAKE A DIFFERENCE for my students.

I like dynamic classes and my method is to encourage the student to practice speaking through images, texts, games, music and videos.
I also like to use materials that improve the vocabulary of the Portuguese language, such as games, quizzes and drawings.
I love the culture of my country, Brazil, and I would love to get to know the culture of other countries.
Gosto de aulas dinâmicas e meu método consiste em incentivar o aluno a praticar a fala através de imagens, textos, jogos, músicas e vídeos.

Wagner is always supportive and upbeat. His lessons are very well prepared and imaginative, and you can tell he puts a lot of time into preparation. I've learned so much from him, and would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to really move forward in learning Portuguese.

This approach enhances language skills and cultural understanding.
Wagner's dynamic classes are engaging and effective, showcasing his dedication and passion. Starting with no Portuguese knowledge, I now confidently understand and communicate in Portuguese after ten months of 2-3 hour lessons, three to four times weekly. Wagner's passion, creativity, and commitment make him an exceptional Portuguese teacher.

JUST WOW!! What an EXCELLENT Tutor and friendly person Wagner is!! Extremely detailed, invested and on point with the layout of the lesson. Wagner is the type of teacher that can take your Portuguese to a whole new level. It's no wonder he has such a faithful turnout of returning students. Honestly, Wagner is one of the best teachers you can have. I really admire him, and he is very, very kind and patient. If you want to gain insight into Brazilian culture and literature, while also improving your Portuguese, then Wagner is the teacher for you.
