I was raised in the state of Delaware in the United States, but I currently live in Alajuela Costa Rica. I have learned Spanish and am currently learning Japanese. I enjoy teaching English because I like watching my students grow along their language learning journey. I received my certification to teach English as a foreign language from the International TEFL Academy in 2020. In my classes I focus on communication as the most valuable learning tool. Learning to use English by speaking about subjects that matter to you will propel your language learning process. I will supplement your learning with worksheets that you can practice and review. Adeola is always gentle and patient, no matter what I say, he always gives me positive feedbacks and corrects me the faults that I made during the speaking. I've been learning with him for more than 3 months, he really helps me improving my english speaking skills, as well as my writing skills. Now I have more confidence when I speak english. So I highly recommend Adeola to all of you to be your english teacher.

Great lesson! We covered a topic that I’m not really familiar with so I think its a good way for me to improve my conversational skills. 30 mins is not enough, I will book a longer lesson next time 😬
