Hi! I’m Oriana, an Italian teacher based in Palma de Mallorca since 2017. I hold a degree in Philosophy and I collaborate with a philosophy and volunteering school, working in social and cultural projects. I’ve lived in Sweden and Lithuania, and I see online teaching as a way of traveling through people and cultures. I am a certified Italian teacher for foreigners, with experience in online and in-person lessons. My students appreciate my flexibility and focus on their goals. I use a communicative and inductive approach, guiding students to discover grammar through practice. Each lesson is tailored to your needs and based on the use of authentic materials and targeted exercises. I'm a certified Italian teacher for foreigners and I started with private lessons both online and in presence. So far, my students have expressed satisfaction about my lessons, because I'm flexible in my schedule and very focused on their goals. In my lessons, I follow an inductive methodology, which means that, as a guide in the learning process of the students, I help them to discover by themselves the rules that govern the various linguistic aspects. I think that this methodology is much more effective than other more traditional methods, since it allows better internalize what has been learned. I also organized an international youth exchange called "Reporting diversity: an ethical representation of migrants and minorities".
