My name is Nina, I'm 26 years old and I come from a small country called Bosnia and Herzegovina. I'm a fifth year medical student and my passion in life is helping people. I have a big interest for science, and my favorite subjects in university are microbiology, biochemistry and patophysiology. Apart from science, my hobbies include learning languages, as well as teaching them, drawing and playing sports. I am fluent in English, while my native languages are Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian. I know a bit of conversational Turkish and Spanish, and I studied French in middle and high school (8 years in total). I started taking English classes when I was 7 years old. From that point on, I have continuously studied it. I began teaching classes informally when I was 15, continuing to this day. I have been teaching both adults and children, and have seen a drastic improvement in their confidence to speak the language. My preferred method of teaching is speaking, as I have found it to be the most successful method I have used so far. Of course, I have specific materials such as texts, tests etc. which I am more than happy to use.

Another fantastic class! I feel so good talking with teacher Nina, though it doesn't really feel like I was talking with a teacher, because it's just like talking to a best friend! She is really nice and kind, and plus--a good listener who I share my happiness and sadness with. ❤️love u and see u in my next holiday🤗

She is always well-prepared and so kind! She explains me about Bosnian Culture very nicely as well as the language. She solves my curiosity about the Balkan peninsula with her amazing class. I'm really happy to meet her as my Bosnian Teacher and already looking forward to the next class!
