Kaori-jan

I had a great time learning with Kaori-Jan for an upcoming trip to Japan. I was a complete beginner and has taught me so much in the past few months. She really caters to specific needs-- no lesson is the same and the way she teaches forces you to think about the language and really learn it as opposed to just memorizing phrases out of a textbook. Japanese is a hard language to learn but she makes it interesting and fun.

Kaori is the greatest and you will notice a big improvement if you are consistent with your lessons

I just had my first lesson with Kaori and I am very satisfied with how it went. She is a very positive and smiley person and she encourages the student to express themselves in Japanese. She is patient and waits to intervene when the student is having trouble, giving them time to think first. The thing I appreciated most about her was her professionalism and her way to mix understandable language with a bit more advanced language that gives the student more of a challenge.

Kaori-Jan is a wonderful teacher! She made the lesson so much fun and time just flew by. I look forward to many many more lessons with her.

It was a very helpful lesson as always. we learned the casual form, Kaorisan is always patient with me and makes sure I get it right. I also like our chats about daily life and living in Turkey. Fun, informative lesson as always.
