Hi! My name is Gabriela, but you can call me “Gaby”. I am from Colombia and my native language is Spanish. I am a passionate, kind, responsible and charismatic woman. I love everything related to music and animals. I am very expressive and communicative, but I especially consider that I am a good listener. I like listening to the opinions and feelings of others.
I chose to become a teacher because since I was a child I discovered that I love to transmit knowledge to others; and because I like to connect with people, share experiences and support each other.Ik als leerkracht
I have a bachelor degree in English as a foreign language teaching. I’m a teacher since 2018, and I have taught to kids, teenagers, and adults. Teaching is something that I really love, so I will make you feel comfortable and happy in my classes. As a teacher, I like to observe and listen to my students' needs in order to prepare fun and conversational classes.
On the other hand, I’m an English learner, therefore I understand how hard it can be to learn a new language. For that reason, I will be patient with you. My classes are fun, dynamic and focused on the different skills of a language (speaking, listening, writing and reading). In addition, I like to use websites, news, music, movies, games, and podcasts in my classes. When I have a new student, I like to listen to them and get to know what they want and what their needs are. Based on this, I prepare my classes to give them personalized attention.
