Hi everyone, my name is Rosa Montané (山 蔷薇 in Chinese). I am from the west of Catalonia (Spain) and I study linguistics in the university of Lleida. I am passoned about languages, history, writing novels and archery. I also like cultures in general and specially north east Asian history and literature. I learn languages to be able to communicate with the people I meet when I travel, to learn about different and sometimes minoritary cultures (Occitan, Ainu, Basque...) and to work abroad. I am 25 right now and I enjoy the simply pleasure to meet people from all over the world and help them to improve the languages that I know the most and share my culture and experience, so feel wellcomed :)Ik als leerkracht
My experience learning languages has been learning a grammar and vocabulary base and then just practice speaking and after writing with native speakers as much as I could. So I try to give you a solid base and grammar logic if you are a beginner and then give you confident for speaking. I can teach Spanish or Catalan from beginner to advanced level. I like to know what are your interesses and where you will use the language (job/friends/study...), then I will adapt my class to your needs and speak to you with proximity. I can introduce you too to formal talk for working or universitary specific vocabulary. Mijn lessen en manier van lesgeven
My method is to make you feel confident to speak in your new language, doesn't mind your level; and after impoving with frequent use. Although, you can read, make cuestions and practise with your doubts.
I can make our first lessons in English, French or German translating; but I always consider better to communicate in the language you are learning as soon as we can. Even though, you can always ask me a word or a question in a language you are more fluent to. Unfortunatelly, my level of Mandarin and Japanese doesn't let me do that in those languages yet; anyway if you really want to practice with me I am sure we will find out how to communicate at the begining.Mijn lesmateriaal

I unfortunately didn´t like the lesson at all.
-the teacher came 10mins too late without notice, so I only had 35 mins instead of 45 min.
- the teacher didn´t ask me a single question about myself, she didn´t seem interested in me at all
-she spoke the majority of the time and cut me off several times when I tried to speak
- it seems to me that her main goal of the lesson was to explain and prove to me how much she knows about different topics and not to help me improve my Spanish
- the lesson felt unprofessional. She didn´t ask me about my Spanish goals, about how and where I learned Spanish and didn´t provide any lesson plan for the future. Again: she did not ask me a single thing

In the first lesson we did a lot of talking which is what I asked for. many corrected notes were provided. I feel comfortable learning with Rosa. muchos gracias.
