My name is Dr. Hannah Stevens and I have a PhD in English and creative writing. I have taught and lectured around the world in universities and worked with organisations including the BBC, the British Embassy and Greenpeace. I am a writer, editor, researcher, lecturer and publisher. I love meeting new people, chatting and sharing my passion for literature and creativity. Want to feel inspired? Then work with me! I’m very friendly and approachable. I love discussing a wide range of subjects, exploring interesting things and learning together. I enjoy meeting new students and building genuine friendships. I enjoy teaching, writing, reading, travelling and connecting with new people from different cultures. I don't always open my calendar because of other work and projects but please reach out and I can try to arrange a time to suit you. I teach students through free-talk style lessons. We can explore your interests through discussion, reading and researching materials in English. We can look at news, short stories, poetry, creative nonfiction essays, music and more! This will help you to build wide ranging and complex vocabulary whilst focusing on interesting and broad subjects. I also offer friendly feedback on student's creative writing and essays.
