I’ve been working with Eri for almost 3 years. She is an incredibly patient and kind Japanese teacher who is always willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

I've been studying with Elly for almost four years now, and I’m so grateful to her for the progress I've made! We completed Genki II and Quartet together while I study kanji and listen to podcasts on my own. She challenges me to write and speak, which balances input with output, and I’ve noticed that vocabulary and grammar seem to stick better. When I travelled in Japan I could ask questions and have light conversations which was so satisfying. Putting in the work to learn the grammar and read can be a struggle sometimes but Elly is always relaxed and incredibly funny so I always look forward to my lessons with her.
