My name is Thomas and I'm a certified teacher from Bavaria with over 10 years of experience in education. I've lived in more than 30 countries, including two years in Southeast Asia, and I’m currently based in Mexico.
Teaching has taken me from classrooms to remote villages – including working with children in Cambodia who had no access to formal education.

As soon as you enter my virtual classroom, you will feel a positive energy that fills the space. I understand that learning a new language can be intimidating, but I strive to create an environment that promotes growth and enjoyment.
My ultimate goal is to help you excel in your language skills while having fun. I firmly believe that learning a new language is about being able to express oneself and communicate effectively with others. In my opinion, learning and teaching rely heavily on building meaningful connections that ignite learners' interests and offer practical applications to their daily lives. With this philosophy in mind, my lessons are designed to be highly personalized and adaptable.
I employ a combination of communicative and constructivist teaching methods to help you quickly develop your German language skills. Additionally, my approach emphasizes providing individualized feedback to encourage you to speak with confidence and enjoyment.

Thomas ist ein wunderbarer Lehrer. Er nimmt sich immer viel Zeit, um bei der Aussprache und beim Leseverständnis zu helfen. Nach jeder Stunde hat man das Gefühl, wirklich etwas gelernt zu haben, und gleichzeitig macht das Lernen viel Spaß. In dem Jahr, in dem ich mit ihm gelernt habe, habe ich große Fortschritte gemacht. Ich kann ihn als Lehrer wirklich sehr empfehlen.
Thomas is a wonderful teacher. He always takes plenty of time to help with pronunciation and reading comprehension. After every lesson, you feel like you've really learned something, and at the same time, learning is a lot of fun. In the year I studied with him, I made great progress. I can highly recommend him as a teacher.

Thomas is an amazing German teacher. He adapts the lessons to my son's needs and uses engaging activities that make learning German enjoyable. Thomas makes every session fun and motivating, and my son absolutely loves his lessons. We’ve seen great progress in my son’s confidence and vocabulary - which has also been confirmed by his school teachers. I highly recommend Thomas, he is fantastic with kids!
