Eriko-san is a patient, bright and optimistic teacher. She is always very supportive and the classes go by like a breeze. I always look forward to our sessions! I'm delighted to have started Japanese and be learning it so easily thanks to her! Es siempre un placer contar con ella, sus explicaciones y su simpatía.

I don't have much time for Japanese classes and I still can't really talk in Japanese, but slowly I know I'm improving thanks to Eriko sensei! When I started, it was really embarrasing for me to even try to speak in Japanese and I went blank whenever I tried to say something. As I don't have much time, I still struggle to conjugate verbs when speaking, I still mix formal and informal Japanese and most of the time I forget some words and grammar that I actually know. But with Eriko's help, now I actually do full Japanese classes in which I mostly talk in Japanese and only use Spanish or English when I really don't know how to explain or ask something. This is a big step for me and although the process will be difficult and slow, I will keep trying until I can actually maintain a conversation in correct Japanese. Thank you for being patient and kind to me, Eriko sensei, I'm really learning a lot!

I've been taking weekly lessons with えりこ先生 for just under a year, and they're always engaging, informative and fun. With her help, I've now managed to complete the Genki I textbook, applying the grammar to tasks and conversations during our lessons. Studying alongside her has been invaluable, as I've been able to apply practical, real-life context to the material in the textbook, making it much more engaging. Not to mention, えりこ先生 is always very dedicated and supportive, helping me stay motivated in my continued studies! I'm looking forward to studying more with えりこ先生! ありがとうございます！

Learning Japanese is hard work. I had a super engaging lesson on katakana today. Thank you Eriko-sensei! I look forward to reading hiragana, katakana and kanji without relying on the romaji in the future. I am excited for my Japanese to gradually get better and better.
