She’s very easy to talk with and does a great job of helping me understand new words while still keeping the class immersive and natural. I really appreciate how much listening and speaking practice I get in our lessons, and I always leave feeling more confident in my Spanish. I also love learning more about Colombian culture through our conversations. Every class feels both enjoyable and enriching.

She shared photos, which made it even more interesting, and I picked up a lot of useful vocabulary related to cooking while getting familiar with some delicious Colombian dishes. It’s always enjoyable to talk with her. I get plenty of listening and speaking practice, and I consistently learn new words while turning passive vocabulary into something I can actually use. I also really enjoy the topics we explore. She’s very knowledgeable about Colombian culture, not just in her own region but across the country, which gives a well-rounded perspective. Such an enjoyable chat with Claribell! Today we talked about different holidays and traditions, and she helped me understand the meaning behind them in such an interesting and engaging way. I also learned a lot of new vocabulary that will help me express myself more naturally and speak more fluently. She showed me photos of a famous carnival from her region, and it looked absolutely incredible. I loved hearing how the floats reflect the blend of cultures and traditions in the area. We also talked a bit about the history of the region, which really helped me better understand the people and culture today. And of course, we talked about food too. I definitely want to visit after hearing about all these fascinating things!
