Hi! I'm Ria, and I'm from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
I’m passionate about traveling and exploring different cultures. I spent two amazing years living in London, and I've also visited Brazil, Spain, Australia, and the USA. My next dream destination? Finland!
I have friends from all over the world, and I love learning about their cultures.
In my free time, you’ll find me sewing my own clothes or getting lost in a good jigsaw puzzle. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and meeting new people.

Hi! I’m Ria, a qualified English teacher from South Africa with over 14 years of classroom teaching experience and 3 years of teaching online. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Drama, a Post-Graduate Teaching Certificate, an Honours Bachelor’s in Education, and a Level 3 TEFL certificate. My neutral South African accent is clear and easy to understand—perfect for English learners around the world!
I love helping students build confidence, improve fluency, and enjoy the learning process. Ria is a wonderful listener with endless patience. She would understand you perfectly even though you might not feel like expressing yourself clearly. I love Ria, every time I just enjoy to talk with Ria, it makes me very happy, everything wrong seems to vanish when I talk with Ria. Although sometimes I didn’t express in a very clear way, Ria is very patient and can help me with what I want to express. That’s excellent, I love Ria!!!🩷🩷🩷
