I'm very happy with the lessons with けん先生. Although I still have some difficulty with verb conjugation, I'm already noticing how everyday phrases and expressions are coming to me easily. The classes give me confidence and increase my vocabulary. Thank you very much!

Ken has been absolutely fantastic to work with. He comes prepared, is approachable and enjoyable to talk to, and drives a well balanced lesson plan to cover all bases of language learning. We talk at our own pace, exploring topics in a natural, conversational way while still taking the time to answer language questions. We read level-appropriate material and spark more natural conversation and practice. Sometimes, he gives a writing assignment. The next visit we'll cover the assignment and go over feedback and find natural conversation progression again.
Overall, Ken gives you the full value of the lesson cost back in actual, good content. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a high-effort, all-around teacher who you can enjoy every second with and still make good progress.
