One of the most reliable teachers I've encountered on this site. He's disciplined but flexible, never forgets that the main objective is to teach you something that propels you a step or two further, even if it's in the form of review. Also, he's just real. You'll know when your Japanese isn't connecting the way you intended, and he's patient and experienced enough to correct your mistakes in a way you're less likely to repeat them. Highly recommend!
