I have been taking lessons with Marius on and off for two years now. Despite the various lessons options online and at school, I still prefer lessons with him. I am a bookworm who cannot pronounce many words, even in my native/first languages. Having a teacher that pushes me to speak definitely helps. I like structures and he provides a lot of structure. I also have the habit of speaking with plenty of doubt in my tone, which could hurt me in my line of work. No one else caught that, or perhaps was honest enough to tell me. These lessons put my mind to the tone I speak, provide me with a safe space to change my speech pattern, and have helped me improve other areas of my professional life.

Marius is a great teacher! His approach is adaptable, always tuning into my pace and personalizing the classes to make the best fit with my daily mood and disposition. He is really open-minded and warm, which makes the learning environment feel safe and comfortable. His plan is well-structured yet flexible, making learning fluent. You can easily notice how much he enjoys teaching, and that makes it even easier to be motivated!

I’m really enjoying my classes with Marius. He offers me a good level of challenge. I can feel negative about my progress and he is always reassuring and works through all the exercises at a good pace with encouragement.
