Hello! My name is Emma and I am from the beautiful country of South Africa. I have always enjoyed helping people, and that is one of the reasons I love teaching. I enjoy reading, singing, playing my ukulele, drawing and spending time with my family. My favourite place to be is at the ocean...it is my happy place! :) I am a qualified teacher who is enthusiastic about using the individual learning styles of both children and adults to help them achieve their goals. I am committed to helping learners reach their full potential and I love to use the world as a classroom. As a teacher, I believe the best way to learn is through doing. When it comes to learning English, I believe that speaking and reading are very important and so I like to focus on these two areas in my lessons. However, I can also help with pronunciation and articulation, writing, grammar and spelling. I strive to make my lessons fun and enjoyable. I believe this is essential when learning anything new. :)

When I started the lessons I was so shy and hated myself because of I could not speak a language which I learned for many years. I tried to many teacher on this platform but they couldn't help me like Emma <3. She is definitely the best teacher, she cares you and your progress.
