In every lesson, her explanations are always effective—supported by plenty of examples for clarity—and she provides exercises, sentences, and listening activities that are well-suited to the student's level.

I enjoyed casually chatting with Sylvia again! She listens carefully and is able to easily pick up on what I want to say and help me express it better. Also learning more about China along the way. It's fun chatting together!

The conversation flowed well, and Sylvia had thoughtful things to say on each topic, even explaining my own Chinese name to me in a new way.
