Hello! My name is Maria. I was born in Croatia and grew up in Serbia. I lived for almost 5 years in Ireland and recently have moved back to Croatia.
My native language is Serbian and I speak English fluently at a C2 level. I know a bit of Spanish and Swedish on the side, but nothing to brag about :)

I have gained valuable experience working as a tutor here on iTalki for a few years now. For me, it's all about communication and being flexible. I really enjoyed the lesson with Maria :) It’s easy to talk with her, and the atmosphere in class was calm and supportive. I liked that she corrected my mistakes and suggested different ways to say things I didn’t know. I also appreciated that Maria guided the lesson with questions and listened attentively :)
