I really enjoy our conversation practice sessions. It’s a great way to learn new vocabulary and allows me to use new words within different contexts and topics. This is very conducive to my learning style. Bella is also a great conversationalist, sharing relevant/modern stories and perspectives which gives an insight into Chinese life and culture. I believe that this is a key part of learning any language. Both her English and Mandarin are very clear, accurate and easy to understand. After each session, we summarise and review the new vocabulary. This learning style is perfect for me as a beginner-intermediate Mandarin speaker.

Bella is great, after a brief small talk, we continued with the lesson she planned. She is very thorough and prepared, and makes sure I am clear on everything before moving on. Can recommend.

Bella is an amazing teacher! She is very friendly and relaxed and is very understanding when correcting mistakes. She makes Chinese so fun to learn!

I had my intro lesson with Bella which was more focused on conversation, we also discussed what are the preferred methods of learning for the following lessons. Bella spoke patiently and helped whenever I didn't understand. Will definitely continue my lessons with her and recommend her teaching !

Bella was prepared, friendly and patient. She assessed my level quickly and adapted the materials accordingly. Even when chatroom has some connection issues, she was patient and we quickly overcome the obstacles. Overall a great experience!
