Dasha 🎓

Dasha is really cool, she's very knowledgeable, explains topics clearly, and has a clear structure. I enjoyed our lessons!

Another great lesson with Dasha! I really enjoy how clear her presentations and explanations are as well as the fact that, at no point do I feel overwhelmed or bored. A grammar point is introduced, examples provided and I am then tasked with providing more examples to ensure I have understood the point. It's simple and effective and I appreciate this immensely.

My main request was to practice speaking skills, and Dasha provided the perfect environment for that. She combines grammar examples with opportunities to have a friendly chat and practice speaking, and I feel more confident already when using the studied language in a real environment.

This was my first lesson with Dasha but not my first lesson in Romanian so I have had the chance to experience other tutors on iTalki and I will say that Dasha is in the top 3 that I have tried. I let her know at the beginning of the lesson that even though I have studied before, I basically took a 5 month break and so I'm pretty rusty and have forgotten some of what I learned. She was really good at tailoring her speech to my level of understanding, she did not speak too fast, and I appreciated her overall demeanor, it was very reassuring. I can definitely see myself booking more lessons with her and just alternating between Dasha and another tutor on this platform that I also really like. And finally, I was surprised by how fast the time went by and how much talking I was actually able to do (we talked the entire time rather than have a grammar lesson or reading a text). This gives me confidence that what I have forgotten will come back pretty quickly!
