I only learned basic Spanish in high school (USA) and was looking for more resources to become fluent. Shirley is an amazing teacher with amazing patience, and has tremendously helped my confidence in speaking Spanish after just a few lessons. My grammar and pronunciation have vastly improved with her help. She provides a comfortable environment for you to grow your language skills and provides lesson plans tailored to your abilities and language learning goals. I wish I connected with her earlier!

Shirley was a lovely teacher! She was able to adjust the lessons to specific things I wanted help with. She took great notes during the call, so I can refer to them later to keep practicing. She also explained specific concepts really clearly, and helped make sure I had the time I wanted to practice them during the class. Then she wrapped it up by making sure I had some good practice to work on before the next lesson. She's a great choice for your Spanish learning!

Shirley is always very patient as I try to explain stories and determine what type of tense to use. She helps me adjust where needed and is encouraging when I'm speaking correctly.
