Hello everyone! x I'm Roberta, a 23-year-old girl from northern Italy. I absolutely love sports, nature, traveling, learning languages, and discovering new cultures, which is why I recently spent some time in Costa Rica working in a hostel, where I got to meet and connect with travelers from all over the world. I speak Russian and a bit of Ukrainian (still improving), English (C1), German (B1), and Spanish (B1). I did an Erasmus in Saarbrücken, Germany, and have been teaching Italian to students worldwide for almost 4 years. I hold a degree in Languages and Literatures and will start a Master’s in Marketing next year. Let’s make learning Italian fun and engaging! I am here on italki as an Italian tutor with the goal of helping you to achieve your speaking fluency target in my native language. Moreover, I am a kind and patient person who understands the difficulties that come when learning something new. So, do not worry to make mistakes and do not hesitate to book a class with me! In my classes we will try to make always conversations in my native language about different things (from the most simple for beginners to some more complicated ones for those who are already at a good level).

Roberta’s patience and encouragement are incredible. As I struggle to find the right verb tense or sentence structure, she doesn’t let me give up. She doesn’t feed me the words. She says, “Try.” Then, if I still struggle, she guides me to discovery, still without feeding me the words. I love this support & the confidence she gives & helps me build.
