I have missed Amy so much! I went on holidays after I had covid. So today is my first class back. I am not very good at learning a new language like Korean. It is a very difficult Language to learn but Amy has the methodology for it, combined with her experience and strong background, passion and kindness she is the queen of italki. I live in Europe so My time schedule does not really match hers but I still try to get lesson with her once a week and move my agenda to have a class with her. That tells you how much I love having class with her. I am 200 % confident that she is the only person who can help me learn Korean in a fun and structured way.

Every week I learn so much during my lessons with Amy. She is always happy to answer my questions and tell me how a word or grammar form is used by native speakers.

Another great lesson with 에이미 선생님! Tonight we kicked things off chatting about weekend plans - I always find this a great start to our lessons because it helps me build vocabulary related to things I do on a daily basis. Sometimes it leads to fun tangents too - this evening, for example, it ended up morphing into a discussion about the final season of Game of Thrones. After that, it was onto new vocabulary and reading a story. The latter was an excellent exercise. I would read a section and then 에이미 선생님 would ask me questions. As a result, it was not only a good speaking/pronunciation exercise but a good comprehension and listening exercise too. Props to 에이미 선생님 for always changing things up, keeping me on my toes and making our lessons fun, interesting and productive. It's no mean feat to do that week in, week out while remaining steadfastly supportive and patient at the same time. If you are looking to book a Korean lesson with an italki tutor, I cannot recommend 에이미 선생님 more highly.

Today wad my first lesson with 에이미 선생님. She was very patient and kind. She explained everything well and answered all my questions in ways that were easy to understand. She has lots of PDFs to help with your learning and to guide you through your lessons. Cannot wait to have more lessons! 감사합니다!

This was my 111th lesson with Amy. Amy came highly recommended and I knew I wanted to stay with her. She brought me from a beginner level to intermediate. She explains Korean so well so it becomes easier. I always recommend Amy to anyone who wants to study grammar in a fun way that improves their writing and speaking skills.
