Hi, I'm Bessy from China — a Mandarin teacher with 5 years of experience.
My students often tell me that talking with me feels like chatting with a friend. I believe the best way to learn a language is when you're relaxed and unafraid to make mistakes. In my class, we can be teacher and student , but more importantly, friends .
Outside teaching, I love animals (I have a cat named Mimi!), movies, traveling — so we'll never run out of interesting topics to explore together.

I have been teaching Mandarin for 5 years, both online and offline, to students from all over the world. Over these years, I've worked with hundreds of learners — from complete beginners to advanced speakers, from busy professionals to curious travelers.
What makes my experience special is the genuine connection I build with students. Many of them started as strangers and have become close friends — we even travel together!

Bessy is a great teacher that is very easy to talk to. I have enjoyed every class we have had and she is very patient in helping me with new vocabulary words and tricky grammar patterns. Her English is also very good to help with more difficult concepts or vocabulary! Highly recommend.
