Learning Danish is a challenge - but more interesting and fun with a good guide I taught over 6000 online lessons in Danish, one-on-one. I started teaching online 10 years ago. Before then, I was teaching English (one-on-one) in China. I passed a lot of long and short courses in teaching and studying techniques. I am supportive and patient, and very understanding, because I study a language myself :) With a well prepared student we change activity every 5 - 10 minutes. I give help with efficient studying techniques. I teach adults :)

Thank you for visiting my profile. I’m sure that I can help you and teach you the language you need to learn. Maybe you’re going to move to Europe and need to have the right skills to approach a new life here – I can guarantee that you will get those skills, if you choose me as your teacher. Before starting my career as a teacher, I worked for many years in an international organisation, where the official language was English and Danish, so whatever you should need for business purposes, just contact me. Choosing me as a teacher you will get both someone who really cares but also value for money. Children are of course always very welcome ?

While I have no teaching credentials, I have great experience interacting with a lot of different people from various countries around the world. I know how to study foreign languages and can probably teach you how to learn a language more efficiently. As a tutor I can only show you the door to betterment; you must enter the door yourself.

Thomas - teaching 11, beginner´s knowledge in 3 more When teaching I take both my schedule and my classes seriously. When a class is scheduled, it is part of my weekly plan and I get ready for it. I conduct a detailed journal of what I have been doing with my student, I write down every session, thus it is easy for me to check what we did on our past sessions. I used to teach more conventionally, meaning with my students being in the same room as me. Since then, I have been using Skype for my classes and things work out very well. Do make sure though to have a reliable internet connection and a strong Wi-Fi. I am always punctual as I respect the time my students have taken for our class, likewise I do appreciate if my students do the same.

Native teacher since 2018 with an MA in Danish and pedagogical training from Copenhagen University I acquired my love for Danish as well as Classical languages from my paternal grandmother, who was a Danish and History teacher for many years. At some times during my university studies, I had to study Latin on my own because very few people chose that minor. I often felt stuck and thought about quitting, but I tried to find the patience and I explored different methods in order to learn. As a person, I am very patient, and it is important for me that you feel comfortable showing me your difficulties and giving your opinion.

Native Danish professor I have been teaching English in a private institute here in Uruguay for 1 year, I am TEFL certified, and have had various students on Danish classes as well. I teach by seeking out the specific goals and interests of my students, so they get to talk about all the things that matter the most to them. A common dogma between language teachers is to harshly demand that only the target language be spoken, and while practice is key, my personal experience show that clarification questions in a more comfortable tongue can go a long way in terms of actual understanding of the subject.

Danish - Beginner lessons and advanced conversations Keyword: HYGGE. Hygge creates a relaxed and patient atmosphere that brings confidence and motivation to the student. And a lot of smiles and laughter. Every student is different and so is my teaching. I adjust my teaching according to your specific needs and your pace of learning. I also offer conversation practice - from beginner to intermediate. And I love it very much! This gives you the possibility to practice your ability to listen, understand and speak. As my friends are all speaking English with their own accent, it helped me to tune in my ears to understand English in many variations. So don't hesitate to book a lesson, no matter where you're from in the world.

When you're learning a new language, you automatically also gain knowledge about a new culture. It's like peeping into a whole new world! That is my main motivation for learning a new language - together with of course getting new best friends from all around the world. And the motivation only grows stronger when you move to a country where you don't understand anything at all! I always dive deep into the language that I'm learning. Every time I analyse some aspect of the new language, I find similarities to what I already know, and when I find these treasures, I can’t help to share them. I really love when something, which at first sight seemed very complex, to become rather simple.

Learn Danish with an experienced teacher based in Copenhagen As a Danish teacher, I have three years of experience teaching the language to both kids and adults. I only offer 1-1 lessons because I believe that personalized attention is the best way to learn a new language. Whether you're a complete beginner or an intermediate speaker, I'll work with you to create a customized lesson plan that meets your individual needs and interests. I'm not certified by any formal educational institution, but my practical experience and success teaching Danish to others speaks for itself. In fact, some of my students who knew nothing about Danish when they started with me can now speak and understand the language at a B2-C1 level.

Challenge yourself and improve your Danish. While I like my lessons to have a casual and relaxed atmosphere, I also like to challenge my students. I have a vast collection of teaching material, and I like to find something for each student that’s both engaging to them and which challenges them. Think of lessons with me as a gym for your Danish. You might be a exhausted at the end, but you will see results.

I want them to feel safe and relaxed with me as a teacher and will adapt to their pace. I like to show my positive energy and hopefully this will have a great impact on the student. I really make an effort to adapt to people’s individual learning ability knowing that there are different tempos and levels. I am very flexible as a teacher with teaching hours on different times zones. I love meeting new people and I like to have a friendly relation to the students and I also enjoy being able to have a little chat.

Classic language education, conversation practice and exam preparation. Beginners welcome! Every student is different but I always try my best to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in my lessons. My approach to teaching is highly affirmative. This means that I won’t just help you learn Danish, I will also help you build your confidence. So that you can use what you have learned independently, confidently, and creatively with other native speakers. Even though I am a native speaker, I am aware of the fact that the Danish language and especially its pronunciation provides many challenges for language learners and mastering Danish won't happen overnight. But I will help you get there, however long it takes, and together we can make it fun!
