Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit liegt auf dem Unterrichten von Kindern und Jugendlichen. Durch meine Erfahrung als Sozialarbeiterin habe ich viele Schüler*innen mit Neurodiversität (z.B. ADHS, Autismus-Spektrum-Störung) begleitet, die schulische Schwierigkeiten hatten. In dieser Arbeit ist es mir wichtig, jedes Kind dort abzuholen, wo es steht, realistische Ziele zu entwickeln, Stärken zu entdecken und Lernblockaden zu überwinden.
