We, as language learners, need the motivation to keep learning. In my opinion, that kind of motivation mainly comes from having regular conversations with native speakers, especially those who have experienced the same struggles of learning a new language. And I have been teaching Korean online from 2021 until now. I excel in personalized individual tutoring rather than group classes. 📢If you're learning Korean by yourself, coming to class once a week will help you get better slowly. If you come twice a week, you'll improve a lot. ✍But if you don't study Korean on your own and only come to class, you'll just stay at the same level. Years of learning, but still was not able to hold a conversation. I found it hard to learn languages through random grammar or irrelevant vocabularies. How much does it serve when you actually talk to people? Learning a language is about making personal connection. That’s what I realised when I nearly got my passport stolen while traveling Egypt. It made me speak, initiate and argue. I cared nothing but the conversation to deal with it. From then, I completely changed the way I learn. I'd like you to have the same attitude, like an angry backpacker.
