Recentemente, eu realizei um trabalho voluntário como professora de português, o que me motivou a retomar a docência em horários alternados. Com isso, adquiri experiência no ensino de português para estrangeiros. Minha especialidade é o ensino de português para iniciantes no idioma. Meu método de ensino utiliza elementos do cotidiano da vida do aluno para facilitar a sua aprendizagem. Sempre que possível, são utilizadas imagens para ilustrar a lição, bem como materiais audiovisuais. Além do português padrão, também são apresentadas gírias e expressões do dia-a-dia, a fim de tornar o aluno proficiente no português coloquial. A intenção é contextualizar as aulas, pensando em situações comuns.

Atuo como professora por mais de 15 anos, inclusive já tive experiências alfabetizando adultos e estrangeiros. Gosto de abordar temas do cotidiano que sejam do interesse do aluno tais como: viagem, sociedade, cultura, história do Brasil e etc. Meu maior prazer é ensinar as pessoas da forma mais lúdica possível, por isso acredito que possamos definir juntos a melhor forma para o aluno aprender. Poderemos utilizar diversas expressões do português falado nas ruas, assim a forma de aprender se torna bem mais real e o aluno estará preparado para conversar com qualquer brasileiro nas ruas.
