English Prepositions After The Verb "THINK"

When you 'think of' something, it's usually a quick, brief thought. 

When you think about something, you're considering it more deeply, for a longer time.

'Think over' and 'think through' are used when you need to consider something carefully.

'Think ahead' is for future planning.

On the other hand, 'think back' is about recalling the past.

The phrase 'think to' is commonly paired with 'myself.' It's used when you contemplate something internally without expressing or sharing it with others.
