This course teaches lawyers English vocabulary and grammar specifically to help them advise and represent their clients in English. Based on my training and experience as a lawyer in the United States, I have prepared a forty-lesson legal English course that uses real legal materials (case decisions, contracts, statutes, treaties) to teach the English you will need in order to discuss legal issues in a broad range of areas, including contracts, intellectual property, corporate, securities, arbitration, and tax.
