This conversation workshop is for adults learners.
You are a lower intermediate or already an advanced french speaker and you'd like to build up your vocabulary, fix some pronunciation mistakes, gain in fluency ,learn some french idioms to add a genuine touch to your speaking in order to feel more comfortable, more natural. 
What does a lesson look like ?
Well, there is no ready-made answer as it depends on the student's personality, likings and motivations.
I use different approaches in my conversation workshops, depending on the student.
It could be an open discussion including different topics, your interests or something very specific you'd like to discuss.
In terms of ressources, I like to use pictures, quotes, texts.

My goals are:

- encouraging and giving you confidence to speak (I've seen so many times people who are hindered and feel uncapable of speaking because they are afraid of making mistakes, or they simply have problems to find a good speaking partner).
- enhancing your speaking skills (increase your vocabulary, improve your fluency and your pronunciation)
- Providing some insights of the french language to help you navigate better in real life situation (idiomatic expressions, ways of speaking, slang, etc ...)

Regarding the correction ?  I've used to correct mistakes but in a timely fashion to avoid breaking the flow of the conversation (by experience, I've noted that it's been more efficient that way)

This course is suitable for adult learners.
This is a structured course with specific goals for each lesson, involving the 4 main skills of the language: 

- Oral comprehension (listening)
- Oral production (speaking)
- Written comprehension (reading)
- Written production (to be done as homework)

My courses are based on the communicative approach which means that you'll be able to perform different language-related tasks through input and output as required in real-life situations.
Grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation will be covered gradually and smoothly in context. (I don't teach grammar for the sake of teaching grammar, it's pointless). 
At the end of the course, you will be forwarded the slides, the audio files so that you could review everything on your own (keep in mind that reviewing is extremely important in the process as the repeated exposure enables the activation of the long-term memory). 
I will also send you some homework to keep you motivated and to keep track of your progress.
