In this episode we are going to learn how to【introduce my day】in Chinese.

As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
1st time: listen and catch the words you know alreay, have a guess about the content.
2nd time: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
3rd time: listen one more time, repeat after it.
4th time: practise until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

我早上7点15分起床。
wǒ zǎo shàng qī diǎn shí wǔ fēn qǐ chuáng 。
I get up at 7:15 in the morning.
先刷牙洗脸，然后吃早饭。
xiān shuā yá xǐ liǎn ， rán hòu chī zǎo fàn 。
Brush teeth and wash face first, then eat breakfast.
8点半我坐地铁去公司。
bā diǎn bàn wǒ zuò dì tiě qù gōng sī 。
At 8:30 I take the subway to the company.
9点我开始上班。
jiǔ diǎn wǒ kāi shǐ shàng bān 。
I start work at 9 o'clock.
12点我去食堂吃午饭。
shí èr diǎn wǒ qù shí táng chī wǔ fàn 。
At 12 o'clock I go to the canteen for lunch.
1点我在办公室休息。
yī diǎn wǒ zài bàn gōng shì xiū xī 。
I take a rest in the office at 1 o'clock.
下午2点我继续上班。
xià wǔ liǎng diǎn wǒ jì xù shàng bān 。
I continue to work at 2 pm.
晚上6点我下班。
wǎn shàng liù diǎn wǒ xià bān 。
I get off work at 6pm.
我坐公车回家。
wǒ zuò gōng chē huí jiā 。
I take the bus home.
8点我吃晚饭。
bā diǎn wǒ chī wǎn fàn 。
I have dinner at 8.
11点半我睡觉。
shī yī diǎn bàn wǒ shuì jiào 。
I go to bed at 11:30.
