1st Version:
我不高兴的时候，喜欢一个人待着。
Wǒ bù gāoxìng de shíhou, xǐhuan yí gè rén dāizhe.
第一，我会听听音乐。
Dì yī, wǒ huì tīngting yīnyuè.
我喜欢听慢歌。
Wǒ xǐhuan tīng màn gē.
听音乐让我慢慢放松下来。
Tīng yīnyuè ràng wǒ mànman fàngsōng xiàlai.
第二，有时候，我也喜欢吃东西。
Dì èr, yǒu shíhou, wǒ yě xǐhuan chī dōngxi.
我喜欢吃水果和蛋糕。
Wǒ xǐhuan chī shuǐguǒ hé dàngāo.
吃东西的时候，我会觉得很开心。
Chī dōngxi de shíhou, wǒ huì juéde hěn kāixīn.
第三，我还会出去走走。
Dì sān, wǒ hái huì chūqù zǒuzou.
公园很漂亮，我很喜欢。
Gōngyuán hěn piàoliang, wǒ hěn xǐhuan.
在公园，我看看天空，看看绿树。
Zài gōngyuán, wǒ kànkan tiān kōng, kànkan lǜshù.
最后，我会打电话给老朋友。
Zuìhòu, wǒ huì dǎ diànhuà gěi lǎo péngyou.
老朋友说话很好听。
Lǎo péngyou shuōhuà hěn hǎotīng.
听到老朋友的声音，我就忘了不高兴的事。
Tīngdào lǎo péngyou de shēngyīn, wǒ jiù wàngle
bù gāoxìng de shì.
2nd Version:
当我不高兴的时候，我会做一些事情让自己开心起来。
首先，我最喜欢听音乐。我会找一个安静的地方，戴上耳机，听一些轻松愉快的歌曲。有时候我也会跟着音乐轻轻唱歌，唱着唱着，心情就会慢慢变好。
第二是出去散步。我觉得一直待在房间里会让人更不开心，所以我常常去公园走一走。看看绿色的树，看看漂亮的花，呼吸新鲜空气，晒晒太阳，感觉特别舒服。
第三是给好朋友打电话。跟朋友说说话，聊聊最近发生的事情，听到朋友的声音，我就会觉得自己不是一个人，心情也会好很多。
此外，我还会吃一点好吃的东西，比如巧克力或者冰淇淋。甜甜的味道能让心情变好。
最后，我会看一部有趣的电影或者动画片。笑着笑着，那些不开心的事情就慢慢忘记了。
