Try to connect with what you think ( not what the questions is making you think about). I found it's a lot easier for students to speak what they believe or believed in the past.

Facing the  high-pressure jobs as 996 or 007, high housing prices, low salary salaries, and social class life that is difficult to cross, some young people in the new generation feel very hard, so they choose another life attitude, and face fierce competition. Work hard and lower your material desires. In my opinion, 躺平 may also be a new philosophy of life. Properly躺平 can help young people relieve stress and relieve bad emotions. 躺平 excessively may prevent the development and progress of oneself or society
