In today's podcast we take a look at the vocabulary you need to talk about clothing and fashion. In particular, you learn what it means to 'dress up to the nines', and the difference between 'it doesn't fit me' and 'it doesn't suit me'. We also learn about some of the most common mistakes students make when they discuss this topic (never say 'I bought many clothes recently'). And finally, we take a look at some of the most common IELTS questions about clothes. How To Say A Formal Goodbye In English?

日本語のレッスンを受けていたり、日本で勉強やお仕事をされている方はきっと、「よろしくお願いします」や「お疲れ様でした」という言葉をよく耳にする事と思います。
こう声をかけられた時に、何て返したらいいんだろう・・・？と困った事はありますか？

私の授業でも、授業の最初に「よろしくお願いします」、授業の最後に「お疲れ様でした」と言いますが、生徒さんが授業を受け始めて間もない頃は、なんと返せばいいのか分からなくて固まってしまう😳という状況を見かける事も多いです。

返し方は簡単で、「よろしくお願いします」と言われたら、そのまま「よろしくお願いします」と返し、「お疲れ様でした」と言われたら「お疲れ様でした」と返せばいいだけです。
簡単ですね✨✨

でも、どうして日本人は毎回この二つの言葉を使うんでしょうか？

「よろしくお願いします」にはたくさんの意味があります。
まず、授業の前に言う場合、それには「一緒に日本語の勉強を頑張りましょう！」とか「楽しく勉強しましょうね♪」とか「今日のレッスン楽しんでもらえたら嬉しいです😊」という様な意味が込められていると思います。少なくても私の場合はそんな意味を込めています。

初めて会った時に「よろしくお願いします」というのは「会えて嬉しいです。これから仲良くしてください。」という様な意味を込めていて、
ビジネスの場面で相手に何かをお願いする時に使う場合、「この件はあなたにお任せしました。」とか「ご協力お願いします。」を意味しています。
会議やプレゼンの前に「よろしくお願いします」と言うのは「お時間を割いていただきありがとうございます。これから始まる会議を有意義なものにしたいと思っています。どうぞお付き合いください。」という様なニュアンスが含まれていると思います。

では、「お疲れ様でした」にはどんな意味があるでしょうか？
授業の最後に私が「お疲れ様でした」という時、それには英語では"well done", "Good job today!","Thank you for your hard work!"
中国語では“今天你做得非常好”，”辛苦你了“という意味を込めています。

他の場面やビジネスのシーンでも、相手の努力や苦労を労(ねぎら)う時に使う言葉です。

今日はこの二つの言葉の後ろに隠された意味をご説明しましたが、
日本人の中には特に意味はなく、テンプレート的な感じで、軽い挨拶として「よろしくお願いします」や「お疲れ様でした」を使う人も多いと思います。

生徒さんにこうした説明をする時、「たいして意味がないなら言わなくてもいいんじゃないですか？」と言われる事があります。
その意見も確かに一理あると思いますし、日本のビジネスシーンではあまりにもこの二つの言葉が多用されるので、私自身ちょっとおかしく感じる事もあるのですが、授業ではやっぱりこの二つのあいさつを使います。

その理由は二つあります。
①日本語学習者さん達に、授業を通して日本人のコミュニケーションの取り方・文化も学んでいただきたいと思っているから。
②労(ねぎら)いや感謝の言葉を伝えるのはやっぱり大事(だいじ)だと思うから
です。

Los idiomas están vivos, y son capaces de adaptarse a las diferentes épocas. Eso hace que muchas palabras se dejen de usar, cambien su significado para hacer referencia a algo más específico y/o relevante, y otras veces da lugar a que se creen nuevas palabras debido a la necesidad de nombrar conceptos o cosas nuevas. 

En este episodio hablo de palabras que, según un artículo que la mayoría de los jóvenes no entendería, ya que son de uso cada vez menos común, a pesar de que yo conozca, e incluso use, muchas de ellas. ¿Quieres saber de que palabras te hablo?
