おはようございます。日本語だんだんポットキャストのゆかりです。

私はいま、トルコに旅行にきています。

トルコの料理(りょうり)はとても、
おいしいです。

パンもお米(こめ)もおいしいです。

豚肉(ぶたにく)はありませんが、
鶏肉(とりにく)や牛肉(ぎゅうにく)があります。
どちらも、とてもおいしいと思います。

そして、たまに日本の料理に、にています。

日本の料理の味付(あじつ)けに、にています。

"味付け"とは、料理で味(あじ)をつけることです。

たとえば、

「塩(しお)で味付けをする。」

「今日の味付けは、
ちょっとうすいかもしれない。どうかな？」

といいます。

私はトルコの料理を食(た)べて、

日本の味付けににているなぁ、と思いました。

だから、すこし、なつかしいです。

私のすきな味付けです。

今天想和大家聊一聊睡眠的话题。
你是早睡早起的人，还是夜猫子呢？夜猫子，大家看晚上的猫是不是经常不睡觉，在外面玩儿呢？所以夜猫子就是指晚上不想睡觉、喜欢熬夜的人。那早上不想起床怎么说呢？睡懒觉。懒就是lazy的意思。
晚上熬夜的时候，你一般是在做什么呢？有的人是在加班，有的人是在学习，有的人是在打游戏，还有的人是想睡但是睡不着。这个我们叫失眠。你会失眠吗？我有时候会失眠。如果白天喝了太多茶，或者晚上工作到太晚，我的大脑非常清醒，那我就失眠了。失眠的时候你会怎么办呢？躺在床上等着睡着，还是玩手机，还是起来工作或者学习呢？我发现，失眠的时候起来看书，过一会儿就犯困了，自然就可以入睡了。
