    中国互联网公司“字节跳动” 带头（take the lead in）改变高科技公司的加班文化， 引起了讨论。
    作为TikTok母公司的字节跳动从本月开始鼓励员工“朝10晚7”，也就是早上10点到晚上7点工作，每周工作5天，但是，有专家怀疑这歌改变真的能改变高科技公司的加班文化吗？
    现在中国大型科技公司正遭遇政府的强力监管，与此同时，基层员工对互联网行业“996”工作环境的不断质疑，让中国互联网公司处于政府和员工双重压力下，积极调整加班制度可以理解
