It's Freezing, Isn't It? British Question Tags | Real British English #034
Opis
British people end many sentences with a tiny question: isn't it?, aren't you?, haven't you? These are question tags. Many learners translate one all-purpose tag from their own language and say "You are coming, is it?" or "It's cold, no?".
In this episode:
• How a tag is built
• The special tags
• Falling or rising
• Same-way tags and innit
• A home scene
• Practice
• Self-check questions with answers
