こんにちは、Japanese with Yoshikoへようこそ！皆さん、お元気ですか？日本は秋になってお出かけするのが楽しくなるような気候になりました。今日は、「運動会」について話したいと思います。本日のフレーズは「定着する」です。意味を知らない人はどういう意味か想像しながら聞いてみてくださいね。

日本では秋といえば、「食欲の秋」「読書の秋」「紅葉の秋」「行楽の秋」「音楽の秋」「睡眠の秋」「芸術の秋」「スポーツの秋」と言われています。快適なシーズンだから、秋になるとなんでもしたくなりますね。笑　この「〇〇の秋」というのは秋しか言わないのです。春も似たような気候ですが、春は新学期が始まり、ドタバタして余裕がないので、落ち着いて気候が良くなる秋について〇〇の秋と表現します。今日はこの中でもスポーツの秋と運動会についてお話しします。

秋=スポーツというイメージを定着させたのは、1964年に開催された東京オリンピックだったと言われています。10月10日に開会式が開催され、2年後に10月10日は「体育の日」として制定されました。2000年からは10月の第2月曜日になり、3連休が取れるようになりました。2020年からは「スポーツの日」という名前に変わりました。ちなみに「スポーツの日」になったというのをこのポッドキャストを作っているときに知りました。

運動会という言葉を聞いたことがありますか。英語でいうとsports dayですね。地域差がありますが、秋または春に開催されます。小学校や中学校、また会社や地域のコミュニティーでも行うことがあります。短距離走や、リレー、玉入れ、綱引き、騎馬戦、障害物競走などが有名な競技です。私の小学校と中学校では縦割りクラスで赤組、青組、白組、緑組、黄色組などのチーム分けをし、得点を競い、最高学年の5,6人の生徒が応援団をしました。この応援が本当に楽しいんです。運動会の応援団に入りたい人もたくさんいました。私は足が速いほうだったので、何度かクラス対抗リレーに出ました。今はコロナなのでわかりませんが、家族も見に来ることができます。

2週間前に、息子の幼稚園でも運動会がありました。幼稚園の運動会は結構違って、本当にかわいらしいです。今年は障害物競走、シャボン玉かけっこなどに出て、最後にカレー体操を踊りました。去年は障害物競走の最後になぜか号泣、ダンスもあまり踊らなかったけど、今年は全然違った姿が見れました。カレー体操は、カレーを作るダンスなんですが、本当に本当にかわいくて涙が出てきました。この日のことは一生忘れません。

みなさんは、秋といえば何ですか。今日のフレーズは「定着する」でしたね。主に2つ意味があります。1つ目は「ある場所や位置に、ぴったりとつくこと。一定の所に落ち着くこと。」2つ目は「しっかりと根づくこと。人々の間に浸透し、なじむこと。」です。例文です。「ここ数年、異常に離職率が高いですね。スタッフの定着率をあげるにはどうすればいいのだろう。」「最近はググるよりも、youtubeで検索するのが若者の間で定着しているようだ。」それでは、またバイバーイ。

33. 坂道(さかみち)がおおいです。

Un tour privado de 9 días, 5 provincias, 1882 Km, 24 lugares, pueblos y ciudades pero sobre todo, un viaje que deja la sensación de realmente visitar España y no “Spain”.
David y Marcia, dos personas de los EE.UU. muy curiosas por naturaleza y a lo que se añadía que era su primera visita a mi país, han sido dos compañeros de aventuras excelentes. Sí, me encanta resaltar lo de compañeros porque así ha sido, los tres diseñábamos los itinerarios (en base a mis sugerencias previas) y el “quorum” era siempre total. Durante las semanas previas a nuestro viaje estuvimos haciendo video-llamadas y tuvimos muchos correos comunicándonos para conocernos mejor y sobre todo, conocer sus curiosidades e intereses principales. Es decir, saber lo que sí y lo que no les gustaba.
