石川県の中心地は金沢市です。かつては「小京都」と呼ばれ、京都のような雰囲気（ふんいき）を観光の魅力（みりょく）としていました。ところが、2008年から、方針を変えたようです。奈良や鎌倉（かまくら）が、決して「小さい京都」ではないように、金沢は「金沢」、個性をアピールするようになりました。京都と似ているようで、そうではない金沢の風情（ふぜい）をお話したいと思います。
