テーマは、わたしの1日です。
 
わたしは、毎日（まいにち）7時に おきます
まず、歯（は）をみがきます　
それから、水（みず）を のみます
それから、顔（かお）を あらいます　
朝ごはんは　たべません　コーヒーを のみます。　コーヒーをのみます
それから、家のそうじをします
そして　洗濯をします
10時に　オンラインで日本語のレッスンをします
12時まで、レッスンをします
12時に、ランチをつくります
私のランチは、サラダです
たくさんたべます　
それから、ジムに行って、運動します
午後2時から、また、オンラインで日本語のレッスンをします
午後6時まで、レッスンをします
6時に、夕食をつくります
夕食は、チキンを食べます　
私はチキンが大好きです
 
それから、また運動します　
午後8時から、また、オンラインで日本語のレッスンをします
午後10時までレッスンをします

It discusses three studies that show that we are less willing to help others when we do not get good sleep. I always talk about how sleep is connected to all aspects of health and wellness but who knew it could affect our sense of generosity?
